  My grandmother recently bought a home hear which we thought it was going to be a very quaint community for her. All I have to say is wait to buy until the construction is over. She has had 3 arguments with the owner of Heavy Equipmet Services that is one of the companies contractors. He parks his massive truck in front of her driveway and she can not leave. He has left his truck in the middle of the road, and home owners have had troubles getting by (almost hitting people) I myself have confronted him and I was told "Then you shouldn't have bought a house here, deal with it!" then walks away. Its a shame that such a good builder has Crappy contractors like this. DON'T BUY!!!

  Have only been in the home a week. I'm an early buyer so am living in a construction zone. The impact windows used are incredible. I can't hear any of the noise outside. So far everyone here has been timely and helpful. I have a list going of things to be fixed and I anticipate that everything will be completed to my satisfaction. So far so good!!
